I feel passionately about looking at alternative therapies and have tried a few of these myself. Reiki has always interested me, I'm fascinated by its ability to work on many levels.
I have completed Level 1 and Level 2 in the Usui Traditional Reiki healing system. Through this training, I deepened my understanding of energy healing, chakra balancing, and the gentle yet powerful flow of universal life force energy. Level 1 grounded me in self-healing and hands-on practice, while Level 2 expanded my ability to work with sacred symbols and offer distance healing.
This journey has strengthened my connection to intuitive healing and continues to support the heart-cantered work I offer.

My journey into energy healing began with crystals, something that will always hold a sacred place in my heart and soul. I completed my training in Crystal Reiki Healing, where I learned to combine the gentle yet powerful energy of Reiki with the unique vibrational frequencies of crystals. This training deepened my understanding of how crystals can support emotional release, balance the chakras, and restore harmony to the mind, body, and spirit. Crystal Reiki remains a beautiful cornerstone of my healing work, guiding others back to their own inner light and freedom.
